Return Policy
Ninety Nine Store
Ninety Nine Store is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the return of merchandise purchased through our online store.
1. Return Eligibility Period
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Proof of Purchase
A valid order confirmation, invoice, or proof of purchase must be provided at the time of the return request.
3. Condition of Merchandise
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
4. Grounds for Return
Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The item received is defective or damaged.
- The item received does not match the product ordered (incorrect item).
Returns will not be accepted on the basis of change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or personal preference.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of items are not eligible for return under any circumstances: sale or clearance items, perishable goods, and personal care or hygiene products.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our Customer Support team within the eligibility period, providing proof of purchase and a description of the issue, including supporting photographs where applicable.
7. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period following receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Where a return is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be borne by Ninety Nine Store. In all other approved cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
